You never know where life is going to take you. Dr. Wendy Smeltzer's family is from Ontario but she grew up in Aruba, New York, London, Toronto, Montreal and Iran. After graduating from the University of Toronto faculty of medicine in 1980, Dr. Smeltzer decided to pursue a career in family medicine.
